These aren't sunglasses. They're not reading glasses either. Honestly, the first time most people pick them up, they don't quite know what they're looking at — and that's kind of the point.

Copper Tensor Glasses are built around the same proportions used in tensor ring construction. Each frame is cut and bent by hand from 99.9% pure red copper wire, then shaped to exact frequency ratios — 177 MHz for the adult size, 144 MHz for kids. The copper isn't plated. It isn't mixed with other metals. It's just copper, the way it's been used in healing traditions for thousands of years.

There are no optical lenses in these frames. The structure itself is the whole thing.

Why people actually wear them

Two sizes, two frequencies

Each pair is handmade individually, so there are small variations from piece to piece — that's just how handwork goes. We make them in two sizes:

Adult — 14.9 cm frame width, 177 MHz Fits most adult head sizes comfortably. The 177 MHz frequency ratio is associated in tensor ring traditions with the "Lost Cubit" measurement, which practitioners link to mental clarity and energetic grounding.

Kids — 13.1 cm frame width, 144 MHz Sized for children and smaller adult frames. The 144 MHz ratio aligns with what's known in sacred geometry circles as a harmonic of the Earth's resonance frequency.

If you're buying for a child, the kids size typically fits ages 5 and up well. For teenagers with larger heads, the adult size is usually the better fit.

The copper will change. That's normal.

Pure copper develops a natural patina over time — it shifts from bright rose-gold to deeper amber and eventually a warm brown. Some people love this. It makes the piece feel lived-in and personal.

If you prefer to keep the original bright copper color, a light polish with lemon juice and salt once every few months does the job without harsh chemicals. Either way, the structural integrity of the frame isn't affected by the oxidation.

Keep them away from water for extended periods and store them flat or hanging when not in use.
