About Our Products
What exactly are tensor tools and how are they used?
Tensor tools are energy instruments shaped from pure copper, cut and coiled to specific sacred cubit measurements — 1/2 Cubit, Lost Cubit, and Sacred Cubit — and tuned to frequencies such as 144 MHz, 177 MHz, and 528 MHz. They are used in Reiki, meditation, crystal grids, energy clearing, and personal healing practice. Some people wear them, some place them on altars or grids, some use them as wands for body work. There is no single "right" way — each practitioner finds their own relationship with the piece.
What materials do you use?
Every piece is made from 99.9% pure copper. Nothing is plated, coated, lacquered, or sealed. We want the metal to breathe and to develop its natural patina over time, the way copper has done for thousands of years. A piece from our workbench should look more alive after a year, not less.
Are your tensor rings tuned to a specific frequency?
Yes. Each ring is cut and coiled to a specific cubit measurement, then tuned by hand. The frequency is noted on every product page. If you are looking for a particular tuning (Sacred Cubit at 144 MHz, Lost Cubit at 177 MHz, etc.) and don't see it listed, write to us — we may be able to make it on a custom basis.
How is each piece made?
By one pair of hands, in a small workshop in Ninh Bình, Vietnam. No factory line, no jigs, no mass production. The wire is cut, coiled, hammered, and tuned manually. Each piece is measured twice. If something doesn't feel right during tuning, it gets unwound and remade. This is why our batches are small.
Will the copper change color over time?
Yes, and we consider this a feature, not a flaw. Pure copper naturally develops patina — a richer, darker, sometimes greenish tone — through contact with air, skin, and energy. Many practitioners feel a piece becomes more "personal" as it ages with them. If you prefer a brighter shine, you can polish gently with a soft cloth and a little lemon or copper polish.
Do I need to cleanse or charge the piece when it arrives?
That is entirely your call as the practitioner. Some people moonlight new tools, smoke-cleanse them with sage or palo santo, or set them on selenite for a night. Others prefer to simply sit with the piece and let it attune to them. We don't prescribe a method — we trust you know your practice better than we do.
Ordering
Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered production, yes. Because each piece is handmade in small batches, work usually begins within 24–48 hours of payment. Please email hello@tensorprana.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel — we will do our best to catch it in time.
When will my card be charged?
Your payment is processed at the moment your order is confirmed.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We welcome requests for custom sizes, specific cubit measurements, frequency tunings, engraved symbols, or wholesale logos. Custom work takes longer — usually 3 to 4 weeks before shipping — and may require a small deposit. Write to us with what you have in mind and we'll respond within a day.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, for orders of several dozen pieces or more. We work with spiritual shops, yoga studios, healing centers, and online stores serving Reiki, meditation, and energy work communities. Wholesale partners get direct contact with the maker, sample pieces before bulk orders, and the full story behind each tool so you can pass it on to your own customers. Email us to start the conversation.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time is listed on each product page. Most ready-made pieces ship within 7–10 business days. Custom orders take 3–4 weeks before shipping. International transit then takes another 8–20 days depending on your country and local customs handling. Business days are Monday through Friday; we observe Vietnamese public holidays and pause production briefly during Tết (Lunar New Year).
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
All orders ship from Ninh Bình, Vietnam. We ship worldwide via tracked international post and express couriers (DHL, FedEx) for faster delivery on request. The carrier used depends on your destination and the size of the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to see order status. If you can't find tracking information or have questions about your shipment, email hello@tensorprana.com with your order number.
What if my order hasn't arrived on time?
International shipping is mostly reliable, but customs delays, weather, and holiday volume can cause unexpected slowdowns. If your package is more than a week past its estimated delivery date, send us an email with your order number — we'll trace it with the carrier and keep you updated.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and your order number. For damaged packages, please also keep the original packaging until we resolve the issue. We will work with you and the carrier to replace the piece or issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full. Just write to us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Custom orders
Custom and wholesale orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you. We send progress photos along the way so you can stay confident in the work.
Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Pricing, Payment & Customs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All prices are shown in USD by default; your bank will convert to your local currency at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Possibly — it depends on your country's import rules. Any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs charged on arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. If a parcel is returned to us because of unpaid duties or a refused delivery, we are not able to refund the order. If you're unsure about your country's rules, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Why are tensor tools priced the way they are?
Each piece takes hours of manual work — measuring, cutting, coiling, hammering, and tuning — from a single maker working in small batches. The copper itself is 99.9% pure, not the cheaper plated variety used in mass production. The price reflects the time, the material, and the care, not a markup for branding.
Care & Use
How do I clean my copper piece?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. If you want to remove patina and restore shine, a little lemon juice with salt, or a dab of copper polish on a soft cloth, works well — then rinse and dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers, and dishwashers.
Is copper safe to wear on the skin?
For most people, yes — copper has been worn in jewelry and energy work for thousands of years. Some people notice a temporary green mark on the skin where copper has reacted with sweat or skin oils; this is harmless and washes off. If you have a known copper sensitivity, please consult your physician before wearing.
Can I sleep with a tensor ring nearby?
Many practitioners do, placing it under the pillow or on the bedside. Listen to your own body — if it feels good, continue; if it feels too active, move it further from the bed.
