A Hat Woven Entirely from Pure Copper Wire

This is not a hat in the usual sense. It won't keep the rain off, and it definitely won't keep your head warm in winter. What it is: a wearable tensor ring structure, handwoven strand by strand from 99.99% pure red copper in our workshop in Ninh Bình, Vietnam. There is no mold and no machine — just wire, hands, and a lot of patience.

Two Cubit Frequencies, One Structure

The hat is built on two cubit lengths from the tensor ring tradition. The band follows the Sacred Cubit, traditionally associated with 144 MHz — grounding, structure, stability. The crown weave follows the 999 Cubit at 432 MHz, the one practitioners reach for when they want harmony and a quieter mind. Together they form a dual-frequency field, at least within the tradition that Slim Spurling's work started.

And here's our honest position on that: these associations are symbolic and experiential, not lab-verified. We make energy tools for people who already work with tensor fields — meditation practitioners, reiki workers, the EMF-conscious crowd. If you're looking for a tested Faraday shield with a measured dB rating, this isn't that, and we'd rather tell you now than after you've paid for shipping.

How People Actually Use It

Most wearers put it on for seated meditation, breathwork, or rest. Some keep it by the bed. One customer in Germany wrote to tell us he runs it together with his multiwave oscillator and loves the combination — which honestly was a use case we never predicted. That's kind of the fun of making these: practitioners take them places we didn't plan for.

Sizing and Fit

The standard size is 52.4 cm circumference, which sits comfortably on most adults and older children. If your head runs larger or smaller, we weave to order — send your head measurement in the order note and we'll match it. The structure is light. After ten minutes you mostly forget it's there.

Living with Raw Copper

Pure copper darkens with time and skin contact. The bright rose finish in the photos will mellow into something deeper within weeks — some people prefer it that way. If you don't, rub it gently with lemon juice or vinegar, wipe dry, and the shine comes back. That's just how copper works, and we won't pretend otherwise.
